After having several similar conversations and those involved expressing concern and a desire to know more, I had the lightbulb moment to organise a series of workshops. These workshops will help us to move on from this year and fill our toolkit ready for what 2021 throws at us.
These are things like:
- Drugs in the workplace and how your H&S can best support a healthy and well workplace
- Your Financial wellbeing and how we can be more financially resilient
- Work from home challenges – boosting your resilience & regaining balance to thrive
- How our mindset plays a key role in our ‘head space’ and behaviour at work
We have some amazing speakers already lined up from Risk Prevention, EnableMe, PressGo, Lauren Parsons.
For example Lauren is a successful Wellbeing Specialist, an accomplished TEDx speaker, Author of real food less fuss, and Seven Fitness Myths to Overcome, founder of the Snack on Exercise movement and host of the Thrive TV Show.
